This policy explains how B4After handles photos, projects, subscriptions and optional support messages.

Photos and projects

B4After keeps imported photos, captured photos, edit settings and saved comparison files on your device. It does not upload your photos or projects to a B4After server.

Photo and camera access

You choose the photos to import using Apple’s photo picker. Camera access is used to capture After photos. With your permission, B4After adds comparisons and selected After originals to your device’s photo library.

Subscriptions

Apple handles subscription purchases and billing through the App Store. B4After uses Apple’s StoreKit to check subscription access for creating and saving comparisons. B4After does not receive your payment-card details.

Optional support messages

When you choose Send in the app’s support form or this website’s contact form, your reply email address, subject and message are sent to Chrahli Studio’s support delivery service so we can reply. The service uses Resend to forward the message to Chrahli Studio’s private support email address. A request identifier is included to prevent duplicate messages when you retry.

B4After does not automatically include photos, project files, device logs or device details with your support message. Sent support messages may remain in our support inbox and the email provider’s delivery records. Deleting B4After does not delete messages you have already sent. To request deletion of support correspondence or withdraw consent for further support processing, use the form on the support page or inside B4After.

Analytics

The B4After app does not include analytics or advertising trackers and does not send app-usage reports to a B4After server.

This website

The website and support endpoint use hosting services. Ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and the requested URL, is processed to serve requests and protect the service from abuse. Private previews may require a ChatGPT sign-in controlled by the hosting provider. No separate advertising or analytics scripts have been added to this website.

Removing data

Deleting a project removes it from the project list, while its stored photo and comparison files are kept on your device. It does not remove images from Photos. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Images saved to Photos remain in your library.
